Unable to upload images through front end

Hi David,
I think, finally I found it. You need to enable "Thumbnails Generating" in Phoca Gallery Options.
Because I get this error message, if I try to upload an image via 'Multiple File Upload' with disabled thumbnails generation.
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Options --> Thumbnails --> Thumbnail Generation Settings
--> Enable Thumbnails Generation=Yes
Save & Close

Can you all share how it was fixed. when I I am logged in as a user I do not see and button for the user to upload images
