Installed Phoca Gallery 4.3.18 onto Joomla 3.9.8.
Categories created, photos uploaded. Both confirmed via my web hosting file manager under the Phoca Gallery directory within Joomla install folder.
Under images of Phoca component, no images are listed even by selecting category. Go to my web site, the module name is listed as too the link to the category but no images. Only the text about the category.
What have I over looked?
Spent hours on this to no avail. Even looked at the Phoca online documentation.
Can anyone advise. My web server PHP is 7.2.

Re: Uploading Images
Christine.
Not sure if you are from Phoca or just an ordinary user.
I already have the latest Joomla version as well as Phoca Gallery. It is installed, catagories created and menu link created. I can see via my site the menu options and it takes me to the catagory with its text heading. There are no pictures, no images not even via the backend of Joomla under components, Phoca Gallery, Images. Images were uploaded via Phoca module via backend of Joomla. The images are there in the catagories and confirmed if I access the file manager of my web host server. Phoca appears to upload them then refuse to recognise them.
I have looked at the 3 links provided but have to say I have already done that but the menu titles these notes say to follow do not match the menu titles within Phoca Gallery installed so something I could have omitted.
Considering reviews and star rating on Joomla Extensions for Phoca Gallery I am surprised at what I am encoutering, and nearly 8 years of Joomla never been stumped before.
Something, a setting, whatever is stopping the images from being seen by Phoca even though it uploaded them!
Many thanks
Jeremy

Re: Uploading Images
Hi,
to avoid misunderstandings, three more questions:
1.) If you go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Categories
Do you see your categories like in this example?
2.) If you go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery -->Images
and choose a category, do you see your images like in this example?
3. Did you create a menu item to Phoca Gallery Component like in this example?

Re: Uploading Images
Benno
The catagory screen and menu screen were fine and have been from start. The Image screen was just blank with regards image files.
However, further research has succeeded. Once images uploaded I now realise I need to connect the images via the input in the top left of the image upload. Click save and close and hey presto they appear.
I just thought once the module had uploaded the images it would have known.
Many thanks
