Recovering Folder Names

Hello!
Is there a way to view all the gallery names from the database directly, through php My Admin?

So... we had a site up with Joomla but not anymore, we only have the raw files. And while we have the images (and the names of the folders they're in), we'd like to match them up with the actual names of the galleries that were being shown on the website when it was live. So we were thinking there must be a place in the database the gallery names are stored?

Or do you know a simpler way to output all the names of the galleries / albums and when they were created?
