Image Not Loaded

Hello,

I'm having an issue with images not showing once you click on the thumbnail. The error displayed is "Image not loaded".

It's not all images that have the problem, some work just fine, and I do have Enable thumbnail generation set to Yes. I have Joomla 3.10.11 and Phoca Gallery 4.4.3.

What I can see is that the URL for the linked image seems to be incorrect. For example, the URL of the image that doesn't show looks like this: https://www.quarryfarm.com.au/images/ph ... 1_rr22.jpg

Whereas it should be https://www.quarryfarm.com.au/images/ph ... l_rr22.jpg

There is an extra character been added... the number 1 next to thumb_l

Like I say, many of the images work fine, but then some have the modified URL and don't work. Even to the extent, I uploaded 5 images at once and 4 work fine, but 1 doesn't. I've tried recreating thumbnails and deleting the image and re-uploading, but it doesn't make any difference.

Any ideas as to what the problem could be?

Hi,
go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Control Panel --> Options --> Thumbnails --> Thumbnail Generation Settings -->
and set:
Additional Thumbnails=All

Then go to: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Images
and the missing _l1_ thumbs will be created.
