Small img in category view

After upgrade into Joomla 4 and Phoca Gallery 4.5.2

I had very small images into category wiev and categories view.
Can't find how to resize this thumbnails into such size as
https://www.phoca.cz/demo/3-city

Trying in Options - set of Thumbnails but it's without result.

And yes I recreated thumbnails.
Only the tiles with the back button are resized ...

How to repair this very small size ?

I have the same Problem, but in Joomla 3.10. My Problem is I have a german version and I cannot find the menu to fix the problem.
