Phoca Guestbook form style change

I use the reCapcha V2 with my guestbook, but this looks very bad with the form style classic. But there is no possibility to change this.

How can I change the look for a better design?
Another question
I use joomla with the default language de-CH (swiss german) but the guestbook knows only a language file de_DE.
Is it possible to use this one? how?

Two possible options:
1.) Use de-DE as joomla! default language.
2.) Unzip the de-DE language package and rename: de-DE.com_phocaguestbook.ini to: de-CH.com_phocaguestbook.ini and: de-DE.com_phocaguestbook.sys.ini to: de-CH.com_phocaguestbook.sys.ini. Then copy and paste the both renamed files into your language folders: /language/de-CH/ and /administrator/language/de-CH

Perhaps via css. But that's not really a strength of mine. Christine & Jan are clearly ahead. Why don't you make a drawing of what it should look like? Maybe they will have an idea...
