you're right in the meantime I had proceeded to install another application, but I would like to continue to use yours if it were possible.

Hi, see parameter:

Maximum Count of downloads - it was set to 10
see the description: "Set maximum count of files user can download. Be aware, 0 (Zero) means, there is no limit. It is limit per file NOT for all downloads. If you set some limit here, anonymous users (guests) are not able to download any file."

So, setting the number to zero solved the problem.
