I want to stop search plugin works

Hi.

I created Joomla site with Phoca Download.
I'm going to give away the Japanese language files of some extension for free.
Menu item of my site includes link for download page, but unpublished because of under construction.

But I can search any files in download page using search module!
I thought search module wouldn't works when menu item is unpublished. Is this behavior a specification?
I may wanto to Phoca Download Search Plugin disabled?

Hi, Phoca Download Search plugin is managed fully by Joomla! Search component. I don't think, Joomla! Search component somehow checks for menu links. If you want to disable download files from search results, just disable the plugin in plugin manager.
