No download possible with jooma caching activaeted

Hi,

I recorgnized, that at one of my sites the downloads don't start if the joomla caching is activated:
e.g. https://www.crazy-to-bike.de/downloads- ... engen.html

At another site, the downloads work fine with caching activated.
e.g. https://www.rsg2019.de/downloads/formulare.html

I also tried to deactivate the confirmation, but no change.

Also I deactivated all extensions, modules and plugins installed at the site with the problem and not installed at the working site. Also no change.

Of course I deleted the cache before testing again.

Joomla Version 4.3.4
PHP Version PHP 8.1.x
Phoca Download Version 4.0.6

at both sites.

Hi,

thanks. The problem is solved. The reason was a setting in Phoca Download itself.

Options - Basis - Activating cache was yes.
Changing to no and the problem has gone.
