Hi,
Is it possible to use Phoca Download somewhat like Google Docs?
I.e. make a file available for download to edit and the upload the new version?
If so, how do I accomplish that?
Regards
Dennis

Hi, you can upload files in frontend and you can set in Options that if there is the same file, it can be overwritten - so this should be possible.

Re: download/upload?
Hi Jan!
Thanks for the feedback!
It seems to me that this requires 2 menuitems - one for the download "List of Files (Category View)" and one for the upload.
I can't find a way to be able to do both in the same menuitem that would be the best? solution.
And I can't find a way to control where the uploaded file ends up? I don't want it in the userupload library.

Re: download/upload?
Hi, yes, for this you need specific menu link - user upload.
To set another folder for uploaded files of users, this needs to be customized in code

Re: download/upload?
Hi Jan,
Ok, as I suspected - it would be nice though if one could upload/download in the same screen - feature request!
As for the folder, that too would then be a feature request
