Strange behavior after transferring PD manually

Hi there,
I have built up a new site and tried to save the files from Phoca Download and import them to the new site. What I have done:

I have installed Phoca Download with the same program version on the new site
I have made a database backup and imported the data to the new site

Alle files are there - everything seemed to be fine. I can download the imported files with no problem.

Today I tried to add a new file to the new site but its not working. I click on "new" and the I put in Title and chose the file on my hard drive. Its uploading correctly and I can also save the file. On frontend the file is appearing but I cannot download it. See the live site for this:

The file "test" is the new file - the others are old. I also see in backend, that when I enter the new entry its empty - all data I have put in is gone.

Can you tell me what might be the problem here? It would be a lot of work to upload all files new....

Im using Phoca DL 3.1.4 and Joomla 3.9.0

I really dont know what this aint working. I tried again and see when the problem occures.

Installed version on old site: 3.1.4
Installed version on new site: 3.1.4

Exported all phoca tables from old site

Installed a clean and fresh PD 3.1.4 on new site - tested if I can add files - all okay.

Then I inserted follwing date to the new database like:

Then I noticed that after that point the problem shows up. When I click on new and click "save and new" I get this screen:

I dont know what Im doing wrong? Maybe you can tell me which steps I have to follow to transfer a working PD from one site to an other.

Zunächst ev.: Datenbank Fix (backend) kann nie schaden.

Auf dem screenshot ist oben links: Datei [Neu] & Info, dass die Kategorie noch nicht ausgewählt wurde.

Hallo Christine. Der Tipp mit der DB Reparatur war es glaube ich. Jetzt funktioniert es. Danke
