Newsletter subscription - Mailing lists missing

Hi again,

in "Options" "Display Maining List" is set to YES, but none of my mailing lists is avaiable to choose within the subscription form. So I don't know, which of my mailing lists a subscriber is interested in.
I remember there were checkboxes for all activated lists, I would be happy to have them back :- ))

Actually the view is the same like at https://www.phoca.cz/newsletter

Hi, you can enable displaying of the lists in options: Display Mailing List.

Hi Jan,
this is exacly what I did, but the mailing-lists are not displayed anyway.

In my case it makes no diffence having this option set to YES or NO, no checkboxes for lists are shown.
Version 3.07 and Joomla 3.8.12 is installed, and the "extension"-database table contains "show mailing list:1" too.

Hi Jan,
great, that's it. Only one issue left: Now ALL mailing lists appear, we need the "published" mailing lists only.
