UPS Shipping plugin?

Has anyone created a UPS Shipping plugin? I was hoping for something automatic that I could use for shipping by weight, since prices change so often based on the smallest of criteria.

I have 8 shipping zones and a different price for every pound of weight. I will have up to 15pounds. Does that mean I need to create 112 different shipping rules? Is there an easier way to select one zone and enter the cost for each different weight in one rule?

Hi, there are two options:

a) to write a plugin which fits directly the needs
b) or to do the 112 rules manually which is possible but of course it makes no sense.

So I would say, writing specific plugin is the right way. If there is some developer who will be willing to write such plugin, I can help and give all the needed information regarding core API and support.

I think what I'll do is to just combine them into perhaps 10 rules. It seems silly to break it down into such small differences.
Perhaps someone will create a plugin one of these days that gets info for shipping from UPS or FedEx or USPS here in the states.
