Also, how can I change Phoca Cart Category Module ordering

Seems Categories listed within this "Categories" module cannot have name ascending order for some reasons. What is fix?

you can change the order in the backend. the order in the backend defines the ordering of categories.
default its based on Category ID.. but you can change that. use most left .
basicly the same way that joomla articles / categories can be sorted

Generally, category list is a tree list, so if category list includes possible subcategories or parent categories then it will allways not fit ordering fully, because it needs to accept the tree.
