Back in stock notifications problem

I am testing Back in stock notifications and URL for products does not work as expected. For example, the product link is:

www.sitename.com/categories/category/product

But in Back in stock notifications e-mail {PRODUCT_URL} generate link without category (www.sitename.com/categories/product) so when user clicks on link gets Error 404

Any idea?
