Hi,
for example Cassiopeia:
Unzip the package and copy the 4 folders to:
/templates/cassiopeia/html/
that's it.

Hi, mostly, if you didn't create overrides yet, there are no overrides as default. So depends on used template and CSS framework which override will be the best. Just select the one for your template and copy the module files to your template. If you have such files there, you need to find out, which way they were copied there (who made such override and why)
