Mails to customer in different languages

Hi,
I try to find a way to sent out the status mails to customers in that language they ordered.
I did the email like the other translations ( {langck=de-DE}DE{/langck}{langck=en-GB}EN{/langck} )and had success for the first (pending status) email. But after status change all the other emails have been sent out in the language what is used in the backend.
I would be very happy if anybody can help me.

Hi, the problem is, first email is sent from frontend and second and others are sent from backend ... So I think, some new feature must be implemented for this - something like user language.

E.g. to store the langue user has used for the order and sent all emails to him/her in this language ...
