Big problem with Phoca Upgrade System Plugin

Hi Guys,
I'm using JF Simone template and Phoca cart on Joomla 3.9.19.
In the last days, I activated the Phoca Upgrade System Plugin and I discovered that there is a big problem: this plugin conflicts with the template.
The home page isn't available (white page) and in the "JF Particle - FAQ" the answers aren't visible.
Can someone give me a help?

is the backend still accessible? If so, can you disable the plugin and is the frontend then accessible again?

Yeah, the backend was accessible.
I don't know how to use this plugin so I disabled it.
My post was to report this problem so that if it happens to another user it can solve the problem.

Hi, mostly blank page means PHP error. So if you enable PHP error reporting or see errorLog then you can see the error which occurred on the site.

Unfortunately without knowing the exact error message it is hard to detect what could be the problem there

Hi Jan, about file php.ini, could you tell me the root?

Hi, location of php.ini is different on different servers, so really hard to say, this is much more a question on webhosting provider ... just ask the webhosting provider how to enable php errors or where to look at the errorLog on your server. Mostly this should be really easy task.
