Where is the notification email box for admin?????

Ok, I know this is the simplest thing in the world - but I CANNOT find where to edit an email for order notifications. Anywhere.
Where is it? We're not getting any notifications.

Email (Customer) - sending email to customer
Email (Others) - sending email to all who are listed in the form field, this means icluding admin if he/she is listed here.
