How to disable emailing the shopper from incomplete payment method ?
the problem with getting an emails for the admin & user before filling the payment details with [Pending] status!!
for example in case if the user cancelled the order, phoca cart already has been emailed the Pending order.
Can you help me please to stop this status and getting the email only in confirmed order

Hi,
you can set for each order status, if the email will be sent.
If some order is made, it is marked as "pending" and when it is paid, it is marked as e.g. completed. But if the payment gateway does not confirm the payment (e.g. if user cancelled it before paying), the order is still done in system - only waiting for paid (so you can contact the customer and ask if it will be paid or should be cancelled).
So, if you want to not inform users, you can set that the status "pending" will not send the email.

Thanks Hero Jan, so there is no configuration in system to stop sending mail if the user canceled the payment gataway page !
can you fix this problem in next update please. because getting the order or invoice email in cancelation case will confues the user and useless step.

Hi, there is just standard setting. You can select when the email will be sent and when not. - pending status - set "don't send email"
- set confirmed status as success status when payment is processed
- confirmed status - set "send email"
