invoice and shipping icons

Hi, I'm using Phoca Cart as "Catalog / Configurator" and would it be convenient for me to hide the invoice and shipping icons in the Orders section?
I attach images with icons to hide.

Hi, it is managed by order status. So you can disable it for all the order statuses you are using.

Example:

If the order is in order status "pending", you can set that invoice icon will be not displayed

Order Status - Edit - Email Options - Display Document (Orders View):
