Filter module. Displays all available attributes from root category in subcategory

I am in subcategory and there are 4 products with several colours.
According to the logic, filter should display all available attributes from SUBCATEGORY (4 items = 3 colours in my case), but it takes all attributes from all available products of root category.

The same goes to SIZE attributes - items of this subcategory does not contain such attributes.

I suggest the logic to be revised and update the module to operate with content from the category where user is inside.

Oh, I had to activate the option in module setting:
"Limit Attributes To Active Category" - YES
