How to change the height and width grid view (products)

How can i chance the height of the product image on the products view grid? I use the phoca premiere template and the image is now like 300x100. I like to display it as 100x300. Like the image in the product card.

Hi, the base width and height of image is defined by the thumbnail size (such can be set in options) and then it can be changed e.g. because of responsive design, etc. But the base is defined by thumbnail size.

Thanks, Jan. It helped a little bit. The thumbnails are not cropped anymore, but when you look at www.cardshed.nl, you can see that the images in the grid view are still cropped. How can I change that?
