Phoca Bild3 - replace images?

I would like to have other images in the templates represent. Best of Picasaweb.com.
Have tried everything but failed.
can you give me an exact instructions.

where is this "Authentication Key"?

I have done everything as described, but the photos are just not displayed.

Try to add number instead of the album name - the number of album you can see in your URL - the same, try to add your ID instead your name, not sure but your login name should not include spaces - try to add your email address there

I did that and the images were now found.
But they are still not displayed in the Template

step by step
1: Template Install Phoca image
2: Phoca Gallery Install
3: Images in Picasaweb.com Save
4: In Phoca Gallery Category make a (xxxxx)
5: Go to Picasa Settings and enter our ... @ gmail.com and album xxxxx.
6: Picasa to import click then save
7: the template (Phoca image) under "Background Slide Show Settings" - "Phoca Gallery Category ID" xxxxx select the category and click save.

Ready !!!

Now the photos from Picasa should still be displayed in the background on the template.

but they do not. Why?

Hi, testing now on my server, see no problem, when you add images from your internal server, do you get the same problem?
