Upgrade of Joomla to 3.3.6 now errors

Hi All

We upgrade our site to joomla 3.3.6
we upgraded phoca downloads to 3.0.5

In the back end I can see all my files and categories but whenever I link a menu to the categories view (or any view) I get the following error:
Error:

1146 - Table 'web236-joo-cds-2.y1cwa_phocadownload_styles' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.filename as filename, a.type as type, a.menulink as menulink FROM y1cwa_phocadownload_styles AS a WHERE a.published = 1 ORDER BY a.type, a.ordering ASC

I've spent a while reading the forums and tried to install install.utf8.sql into MySQL which MYSQL seemed to accept. But the error remains.

Please help, we have so much data in it

I have the same error.

I tried this solution, but it did not work.

I think it's a different error to that one.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
