File Not Found after selecting a PDF file under File Play

Let me first thanks Phoca team for developing this useful extension. Using Phoca Download for the first time. Implemented on our website iwebazoid.in

Under File Play, I have selected a PDF file which I expected to be displayed on entering the Unique Download Link

Getting the result File Not Found. Help in solving the problem will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi, the unique download link is a link to downloadable file not previewable file, so just set the same file like it is for preview to download.

Include the file item a file for download - see it in edit of files in administration

Thanks for your reply. As I understand, you mean download file under both button: File Play and File Preview which is done. Still the same result. I must be missing something.

Hi, there are three fields:

- preview (e.g. image, pdf)
- play (mp3)
- download

Unique download link works with download field only
