Pagination not working under default language

Post by usnyty »

Hi,

First thank you for your hard work with this great product in Joomla. It's really good and convenient to use. But recently I got a problem with pagination disappear under default language settings.

My church's website still running on Joomla 1.5.2 and was using PhocaDownload 1.3.1 since set up. A month ago I updated PhocaDownload to the latest 1.3.9 and found that the pagination under default language (Traditional Chinese) is disappear. But if I click "English" which translated by Joom!Fish, the pagination will show up. I did my research and try different settings, I cannot fix it and that's why I'm here looking for some help.

Here are the links which will show how it looks:

Default Language: http://nyctc.org/site/index.php?option= ... =9&lang=tw

English: http://nyctc.org/site/index.php?option= ... =9&lang=en

It seems to me it might be some CSS problem but I cannot tell what exactly was going wrong.

Hi,
whatever is your issue, please make sure you migrate to the current Joomla version, to avoid security problems!!
The current Joomla version is 3.3.6

Kind regards,
Benno

Hi Benno,

That's under the plan, but right now I try to fix this problem first.

Migration will involve too many thing and I don't have too much time to do it right now.

If you have any idea about the pagination problem, please let me know. Thank you for your quick response.

Hi,

I am sorry, but I fear that's the wrong order. Joomla! 1.5 is no longer supported since March 2012. I and I believe no one else (except perhaps a handful people around the world) has a Joomla! 1.5 test environment. Therefore, I can not help you with 1.5. But I'm sure, if you migrate to Joomla! 2.5 first and then to Joomla! 3.3.6 your problem can be solved.
