Missing category images

Hi, yes, unfortunately this feature was removed because of optimization (performance issues), so in version 3:

- you can display the image of category in "category item" when it is displayed with the images
- but there is only standard list of categories in "categories view in category view" - not more with images

So the only one solution is to modify the code and add the same output - from category view to categories view in category view (include checking the rights for displaying the image, include the handling external images like facebook or google picasa, etc.)
