Get Route button only works in modal

Hi I'm using the component since a few months ago and I'd realized that the get route button only works when the map is in a modal (clicking on Buscá tu sucursal más cercana) but if some tryes to use it directly from the page: Sucusales (not in a modal) the button does nothing.

Can you help me please??

Is Phoca Maps properly installed on your site? Phoca Maps includes a link to the base64 javascript library And I see no such link in source code of your site?
