Phoca download doesn´t work correctly

Hello,
I hope you`ll understand my English...
I use joomla 3 and the newes phoca download, the plugin, too. I installed both. I activated the plugin. In my ftp I can see, the phocadownload directory is created, I cretaed some categories and files, ok. BUT
- the plugin-button (If i crate a new post) will not be displayed
- I cannot "see" phoca. How to create a link to the directory overview in phoca?
- If i create a link directly to /phocadownload, I get en error message 404

So, in my last joomla 1.5 version it worked great with phoca...

Have you any idea?
