manage external files

Hi,
I am using Phoca download and I have two questions:
1- how to manage files which I don't them on my server, but on free files storage or clouds?
2- If I want to create a new category, how can I just copy the parameters and access permissions from an existing one?

Hi,

1) not sure what you exactly mean, when the files are on external server, then you manage them there and you just add the link to this file in your Phoca Download - file edit - in administration

2) you can test it with "batch" function where copy or move is working.
