Is it possible to see how many times 1 person downloaded ?

Is it possible to see how many times 1 person downloaded a file? So not how many times the file is downloaded, but how many times 1 person downloaded the file.

I really see no fields in the menu by "downloads" (just empty?

Hi,

Components - Phoca Download - Downloads - you can see there User and file - and count of downloads a user made.

If you want to see all downloads:
Components - Phoca Downlaod - Files (See downloads column)

Hi, when no registered user made the download, then it is empty, did you test to download some file as registered?

All users are registered, otherwise it is not possible to download. So that is not the problem in this case.

Any idea how i can see also the downloaded section?

Hmmm, did you test to login and download some file? Are you then visible in this list?

What you mean with "download section"?

hello, Yes i tried to download but in that list nothing visible. With download i mean in the menu the "download" part where we talking about. (what is empty now.)

Hi, hmm, try to check if all tables are included in your database:

- enable php error reporting, see errLog (if there is no error) and enable debug mode (to get information when some table is missing in database)
