Even when I am logged in to the website ebg-hetbaken.nl and in the frontend select "upload ...", I get a blue bar on the page "User Upload is disabled"
I read the manual and it reads parameter Enable User Upload must be set to Yes. But I cannot find that parameter and tab Option is empty. Who can help me out.?

Re: User cannot upload anymore after upgrade to Joomla 3
During joomla upgrade I had to upgrade PhocaDownload while keeping the data intact. I followed instruction from Phoca Support. The result is that I have a weird mix of two versions. When I disable the old version, Phoca Download disappears from the menu. When I enable it again, the Phova download is in the component menu again, but the Version shown is the new version!!
When I disable the new version and try to open Phoca Download is results in error: cannot be found.
So when I open Phoca Download that is only visible when version 2.16 is enabled, version 3.06 is opened. And the Users who get permission are registered in version 2.16 so cannot do their job
Who can help me out to fix it without lossing all data. The website is live.

Hi, did you followed this guide:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/50-phoca/ ... o-joomla-3
When making the upgrade through this guide, there is only one version on the server, it is in fact not possible to run both versions in one Joomla! instance

Yes, that was the instruction I followed. But maybe something went wrong with the databases or so. Since I am so busy at this moment with Charity websites that I will ask my friend who wants to upload send me the files and I will use FTP to put the files on the server. Or try to implement a second instance of easy file uploader (that I installed for somebody else who uploads the sermons)
Currently I am nearly in burnout situation so I have to be patient to fix it.
Regards, Fred
