Polish langpack for phoca guestbook

hi!
i made a polish translation of phoca guestbook for version 1.3.1. beta with all strings from topics above ( about error in lang files).

generally - i totally rewrite translation from your site - i rewrite something about 50% of translation from phoca.cz/downloads

i will update this translation when Jan end working with this component ( two text aren`t translated)...
