Did you install the Phoca Gallery component too?

Yes I just doubled checked and they are both installed.

But it seems like the phoca_config.php file was not installed, see if the file is on the server, e.g. via FTP

The file is not under admin folder. I looked in the zip file and I do not see a phoca_config.php file anywhere. I see a phocagallery.php. Am I overlooking it somewhere?

I manually removed all the folders and reinstalled everything and it is now working.
