I want to install this theme but my website gives me an error:

then try to upgrade your joomla! to the latest version (3.4.1) and try to install the template once more.

My hosting provider virus / hacker software has blocked my IP automatic
I have to wait till they give my IP adress free

This is the message i get after i try in 3.0 to installate the template :

I just got a message from a helpdesk employee they told that there is a problem with the php.cmdshell that triggers the virusscanner.

They say it contains a virus script.

Hi, first you need to solve the problems on the server.

You need to get more information from your server hosting? Where you have located the virus? How the virus came to your server, etc.

After solving the problems with your server, you should upgrade to latest version of Joomla! (of course you need to download Joomla! from official site: joomla.org and then try to install the template - of course 2 - you need to download it from this site).


But first you should get information from server hosting and solve the problems.

do none of the themes work with v4?

Hi, where did you download the template, testing now without any problems, the ZIP package includes standard XML. Try to test permissions and ownership on your server

Hi Jan, downloading from https://www.phoca.cz/joomla-templates, have looked at Directory Permissions all wrible except configuration.php

Sorry dont know how to test permissions and ownership on your server?
