Nobody can Download the entire files

Hi,

Thank you for this forum.

My problem is : When someone try to download a file ( all type file ) on my site no one arriv to download the entire file!
If the files weight is 300mb , the download start and stop at 250mb more and less
If the files weight is 1200mb per exemple , the download start and stop at 900mb more and less.

All member from my team are this problem.

Where i can fix the limit from the weight please ? or maybe its an other plroblem ?

Hi, hmmm, in Phoca Download there are no such limits, try to ask your webhosting provider, if there are no limits regarding downloading files from your server?

OVH tell me to see if the script it not exceed 300second , how i can see that please ??

Hi, sorry, I don't understand? If you want to test if the php script exceed some time, you should use some stopwatch to test it. But the download has nothing to do with php script, php script only creates the basic for the download and then it will end, after this the download will go and all happens between browser and server.
