Download / Open File does not work at first try

Hi,

i got an Problem with this system:

Joomla: 257
PHP: 5.8.x64
Phoca Download 2.1.6
Internet Explorer 11

If I click on download I get the IE Popup which asks me if I like to download or open the file. No mather what I choose, I get an Error like this:
The file could not be downloaded.

If i klick on retry it works!

Any ideas for this?

Hi, hmm, do you get the same behaviour when you use standard browsers?
