because
Install: impossible de trouver un fichier d'initialisation XML (can't find XML file)

Install: impossible de trouver un fichier d'initialisation XML (can't find XML file)

Yes, this means this language package don't include an install xml file. So you need to unzip this package local on your pc and copy the included two files to this folders:
/language/fr-FR
/administrator/language/fr-FR
Be aware this are language files for Phoca Maps for Joomla! v1.5

but on front , it's not work , i have ever "from address" and "get route"

i've selectect french language in component administration for plan and marker

Hi,
try to compare the current en-GB language files of the Phoca Maps zip package with your Phoca Maps fr-FR language files. Perhaps some strings are missing..
