Only Super User can download files

Hello Phoca Forum,

Joomla: 3.3.3
Phocadownload: 3.0.6

I have uploaded files to Phocadownload and set up a page for our employees to download them, but anyone who tries to download them (besides me) get some kind of error:

Chrome: File shows "Starting" for about a minute and then shows "Failed - Network Error"
IE: Page thinks for about a minute and then shows "This page can't be displayed"
Firefox: Thinks for more than a minute and shows "The connection was reset".

I had one other user with persmission to upload, and I also found that they could only download the 2 files they uploaded and none of the ones I had uploaded. Even if I uploaded a file and put no "Owner" or "Uploaded By", no one could download it but the super user.

I have checked all the permissions I could find:

1. In each category I have:
Access : Registered
Access Rights: All registered users
2. For each file I have:
Access: Registered
Published and Authorized
3. In Global Configuration I have:
Max count of download: 0 (Infinite)
4. I made sure the phocadownload folder and all subfolders have proper Windows permissions.

This seems like its a permission issue but I can't think of anything else to check, but let me know if you need more info!

Hi, this seems like some server limits - connection reset, network error doe not have anything to do with Phoca Download - not with permissions - if user does not have permissions to download a file, standard message will be displayed to him, not network errors
