Phoca Download after Joomla 2.5.28 to 3.4.1

After installing upgrade from Joomla 2.5.28 to 3.4.1, then I upgraded Phocadownload to the 3.6 version.
It's seemed to be all OK, but If I click the Styles (CSS) in the Control Panel an error message is displayed:
"1146 Table 'Sqlxxxxxx_1.jos_phocadownload_styles' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.id, a.filename, a.type FROM jos_phocadownload_styles AS a"

Using PhpAdmin I found that the Sqlxxxxxx_1.jos_phocadownload_styles is not present in the MySql database.
I'm trying to create a menu item with the Phoca Download » List Of Categories (Categories View), but clicking on that menu item in the front end, there is reported the following:

#1146 Table 'Sqlxxxxxx_1.jos_phocadownload_styles' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.filename as filename, a.type as type, a.menulink as menulink FROM jos_phocadownload_styles AS a WHERE a.published = 1 ORDER BY a.type, a.ordering ASC

Can you help me?
