Dropdown list (category) separator

Hi, does anyone knows how to change the separator (the default separator is a dash "-") of the categories in the dropdown list inside the file upload menu? I want to change the dash to something else. For example if I have the category "cat1" which it has the subcategory "subcat1", the dropdown list will have the following value: "cat1 - subcat1". I want to change the dash to a slash ("/"). For example I want the dropdown list to have the following value: "cat1 / subcat1". Thank you.

Hi, which version you are using? Can you paste the screenshot which list you exactly mean?
