I've read the help docs over and over (not much help!)...
I have Phoca Download installed, created categories and have about 30 files that show up in the various categories. When a user clicks details they are sent to a completely unrelated article on our website. When they click Download, we get a spinning star icon briefly but no download happens.
Have checked all permissions (access to download menu item is restricted to registered users). File permissions are all "public"...

Re: Files show, but nobody can download!
Categories show counts of 0/9, 0/2, etc. All are zero of the number of files in the category...

Re: Files show, but nobody can download!
Hi, can I see the site where this occurs (with SEF enabled - to see it how it behaves)?

Hmmmmm. Let's see... We had to move on to a different file platform as we couldn't be without it... you can look at afmars-nc-mil.us. SEF is on but I will have to set up the Phoca D/L turned back on and set up a separate menu for it. Gimme a day or so and I'll be back in touch...
