Hi,
I installed the PhocaPDF Component and the PhocaPDF Content Plugin. Then I enabled the Plugin. Furthermore I changed the default page for my template, so that now a nice icon is displayed on my article page. When I click on it, a pop-up opens, but the result is not a PDF but a reduced html of my article. Furthermore no header or footer are displayed and any changes (e.g. color of text) which I do in the admin (phocapdf --> plugin) are ignored. Additionally to that if I try to access the plugin from within the article with the plugin variables phocapdfheader or phocapdftitle (of course I put them in the special brackets)...they are not rendered and just displayed as text in brackets. Other plugins in the same article run fine (e.g. breezing forms). If I disable the plugin the icon on the article page disappears or if I change from pop-up to not-pop up, the changes are also shown on the site, so it must work in a way...
After a few hours and digging through all forums, I run out of good ideas.
Can you help me?
P.S. I am running the newest Joomla version (3.4.x) and am using gavickpro framework template

Hi,
I have the joomla 3.4.3 and the phoca 3.0.2 and the protostar default template
I installed the PhocaPDF Component and the PhocaPDF Content Plugin and the PhocaPDF System plugin. Then I enabled the Plugines. I see Print icon and also PDF icon on my article. When I click on it, a pop-up opens, but the result is not a PDF but a reduced html of my article. Also setting: Force File download does not work.
Thank you for help.

Hi, unfortunately, I cannot say what can be wrong without viewing it in my browser. But this seems like the URL is wrong. Do you have SEF enabled? If yes, try to disable it for test.

Hi,
disabling SEF wasn't effective. I will transfer the page to the web server and after this i will send you a link.

Re: Phoca PDF Plugin not rendering
Hi, this seems like the Phoca PDF Content plugin is not installed or enabled?
Did you install both plugins?
Phoca PDF System plugin (for displaying the link)
Phoca PDF Content plugin (for rendering the PDF)?
