Can Superadministrator change screen resolution

Can a Superadministrator change website screen resolution or the size or placing of menus or the width of top banner etc through Superadmin log in? I don't have access to the website files at the moment (developer is overseas). I can't find it in configuration.

I would like to use some of the wasted space down each side of the screen.

Hi, everythink depends on your template, if the template knows the resizing, you can do it in administrator area, if not, the template css and html need to be edited...
