cannot add watermark

Hi!

I'm new to Phoca gallery and I'm trying to add a watermark to all images in the gallery.

I am using Joomla 3.4 with Phoca ver 4.1.2. i have followed the steps here https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... -watermark but with no results. I have regenerated the thumbnails just to be sure but still no results.

From what I understand, I create two images, upload them to the /images/phocagallery folder then make sure my settings (phoca gallery/thumbnails/watermark) is turned on. I've tried a combination of settings and I have now run out ideas.

Am I missing something?
