this is not the view of Phoca Download Component, it's the view of Phoca Download Plugin.
You never talk from the Plugin..
Now you should edit this string:
PLG_CONTENT_PHOCADOWNLOAD_PREVIEW="Preview"
in this file:
/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_phocadownload.ini
