Phoca PDF in Joomla 3.2.1 not working

Hi, unfortunately, I don't know Shaper Helix 2 framework so I cannot help there. I think you need to contact somehow who supports this framework who will say you where the icon should be pasted. In fact, pasting an icon is not a part of Phoca PDF, it is just link to Phoca PDF and such link needs to be set by the page environment and such is different for all users. So I can help regarding all the Phoca PDF questions and features but I cannot help in way to make a link to Phoca PDF in your article content - because first I don't know inside code of your page and I don't know the framework you are using - yes, I have written a guide how to implement this link, but it is a common guide. To get info where the template renders the icons (print, email, ...) you need to contact template developer - then you can paste the PDF code here and you get the link to Phoca PDF (and all of this is still not managed by Phoca PDF, Phoca PDF features begin when you click the link)

Thanks alot for your help (thanks to all). Guess I'll just give up here and look for another alternative.
I actually located the template files but its still not rendering the phoca pdf icon even after replacing the codes.

Hi, if you added the code to render the icon and it is not displayed, then:

- try to check if this is the right place (try to echo some string there and test if it will be displayed on your site)
- try to clear you cache if caching is enabled on your site.
