You are not authorized to do this action

Post by Mitsuhirato »

Hi there,

I receive the message above when trying to access to the userpload section in the front end. Everything was working well before I updated joomla to joomla 3.4.3. Userupload is granted, access to the categoria is granted as well for specific users...
I don't what to do right now. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the quick reply. The description is for phocagallery, not for phocadownload. So there is no tab for user access there. Or am I too confused to see it?

Hi,
backend --> Components --> Phoca Download --> Control Panel --> Options --> General --> Access Level - Registered Users
select all groups you want they will have access to User Control (Upload) Panel
Kind regards,
Benno

Hi,

great forum (as often in the Joomla community with great extensions)!

I just tried adding a new type of user (board member) and I gave them all the rights needed, I think (access component, create, delete, edit, edit state).
Furthermore, I obviously enabled user uploads.

Furthermore, in the category, I added Access rights to all registered users and upload rights to the individual board members.

Yet, I'm still getting no permission to upload through the frontend.
Anyone who's willing to take a look into the settings?
