Not find instaler file on zip instalation

Sorry, is the first time I use this component. The zip files of instalation for modules and plugins already downloaded have no xml file inside How can I instal these modules and plugins?
Im talkig about:
mod_phocagallery_image_v2.7.5.zip
plg_content_phocagallery_4.2.1.zip
plg_content_phocagallery_slideshow_v4.1.2.zip
plg_editors-xtd_phocagallery_v4.2.1.zip

Hi,
unzip e.g. plg_content_phocagallery_4.2.1.zip lcal on your pc.
You will find: phocagallery.xml
This is the installation file.
BTW. mod_phocagallery_image_v2.7.5.zip is made for Phoca Gallery v3 the other Plugins are made for Phoca Gallery v4 ??

Thnaks, Benno. I know the manifiests are there in compressed folder. But my Joomla! give me an error when I try to instal them. (XML manifiest not found)
Im running a 3.4.4 version of Joomla on a wampserver version 2.5. Sorry if I insist, but REALLY need to instal them
